This is an exciting time to join our team, and as a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us continue to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, building strong relationships and acting as their main point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Produce detailed reports and recommendations, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and meet client objectives.
  • Oversee a small team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of digital marketing plans.
  • Work across multiple platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media dashboards, to track and improve campaign performance.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with managing and supporting a small team.
  • Experience in working with various industries, making each project exciting and diverse.
